Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the application (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

The App provides personalised weather-based insights and decision support, including “Go / No-Go” recommendations based on user-defined criteria. The App processes weather data and user inputs to generate summaries and insights.

The App does not provide guarantees, forecasts with certainty, or safety assurances.

3. No Professional Advice

The App is for informational purposes only. It does not provide safety advice, navigation advice, maritime or aviation guidance, or emergency warnings. You remain solely responsible for all decisions and actions you take.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• provide accurate inputs (for example, location and thresholds);
• independently verify conditions where necessary; and
• use appropriate judgment before acting on any recommendation.

You must not:

• rely solely on the App for safety-critical decisions; or
• use the App in violation of applicable laws.

5. Weather Data and Accuracy

Weather data is sourced from third-party providers. Accuracy, completeness, and timeliness are not guaranteed. Outputs (including “Go” or “No-Go”) may be incorrect or outdated.

6. Risk Acknowledgement

By using the App, you acknowledge that weather conditions can change rapidly, forecast models have inherent uncertainty, and automated recommendations may not reflect real-world conditions. You assume all risk associated with reliance on the App.

7. Subscriptions and Billing

The App may offer free trial periods and weekly, monthly, or yearly subscriptions. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Charges are processed through the app store provider. Refunds are subject to that platform’s policies (for example, Apple or Google).

8. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through your app store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and does not retroactively refund prior charges.

9. Intellectual Property

All content in the App—including design, visuals, avatars, and logic and scoring systems—is owned or licensed by Integration Professionals Pty Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any of it without our permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for personal injury, property damage, financial loss, missed opportunities, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

11. Service Availability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” Uninterrupted access, error-free operation, and continuous availability are not guaranteed.

12. Changes to the Service

We may modify features, change pricing, or discontinue parts of the service without prior notice.

13. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
